Ethiopia Elto (Exclusive)

Elto is a micro-lot. A small parcel, a single harvest, processed with honey method — the mucilage left on the bean during drying. It gives the coffee a softness that washed coffees can't reach. Apricot. White florals. A clean, peach-skin finish.

We only roasted a few kilos. When it's gone, it's gone.
