Ethiopia Hamasho

Hamasho is a small washing station in the Sidamo region, working with growers who farm at the edge of the forest. This is a natural process — the cherries dry whole, slowly, before the bean is freed. What you get is a cup that's almost fragrant before it's drunk: peach, lychee, blueberry, white florals.

Brew it gently. It rewards patience.
